The problem

Architecture

Hospital needs (from EHRs, inventory, or clinicians) and vendor catalogs flow into the Ingestion layer via APIs and document parsing. The Memory/Graph builds a real-time graph of device needs, vendor specs, compliance docs, and historic orders. The Agent Orchestrator parses requests, sources best-match devices, checks compliance, and coordinates orders. Cases with ambiguity or risk are routed for Human Gate review/approval; otherwise, agents auto-place orders, notify staff, and update inventory via the Action Layer. Continuous feedback loops catch failures and refine the process over time.

Build plan (90 days)

Wedge: Start with orthopedic device procurement (high-value, high-risk category, hospitals desperate for reliability). Launch with 1-2 pilot hospitals willing to automate 80%+ of order volume.
